SORTIE

How it works

Sortie designs each unit with the operator who will run it, then leases it to them. No unit has finished this sequence yet. Unit 01 is in the spec step.

From first call to operation

  1. Discovery

Sortie learns the program the operator wants to run: services, work sites, expected patient volume, and the certifications the staff hold.

  2. Spec Status: In design Unit 01 is here

The unit is drawn around that program and revised until its open engineering questions are answered. Unit 01 rev 1.1 is on the Units page.

  3. Build

Fabrication follows the approved spec, with progress posted to the build log.

  4. Commissioning

Before service, each system on the unit is tested and the operator's staff walk through it.

  5. Operate

The operator leases the unit and runs the program on Sortie's software.
